About Kostas Voutsas

Kostas Voutsas has been teaching Management, Leadership, and Human Resource Development courses for over 20 years. He is currently a faculty member at W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University. He is also an author, a business strategy coach, and a motivational speaker.

Kostas delivers diversity keynote presentations as well as leadership seminars and webinars to a number of businesses and national and state conferences. He publishes his research in scholarly journals. Kostas Voutsas has a Master of Science degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development and a MBA in General Business from Eastern Michigan University.
